अहिल्यानगर:

प्रेमसंबंधाच्या संशयातून एका तरुणाची निर्घृण हत्या करून पुरावा नष्ट करण्यासाठी त्याचा मृतदेह कॅनॉलमध्ये फेकून दिल्याचा धक्कादायक प्रकार समोर आला आहे. एमआयडीसी पोलीस स्टेशन आणि स्थानिक गुन्हे शाखेच्या पथकाने तत्परतेने कारवाई करत या गुन्ह्याचा अवघ्या काही तासांत उलगडा केला असून दोन आरोपींना अटक केली आहे.

गणेश मच्छिंद्र गायकवाड (वय ३२, रा. कमलपूर, ता. श्रीरामपूर, जि. अहिल्यानगर) असे मृत तरुणाचे नाव आहे.  

मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, १७ ऑक्टोबर २०२६ रोजी रात्री सुमारे ८:३० वाजेच्या सुमारास गणेश गायकवाड हा शिंगवेनाईक (ता. जि. अहिल्यानगर) येथे आला असता, आरोपी महेश राजेंद्र जाधव आणि योगेश राजेंद्र जाधव (दोघे रा. शिंगवेनाईक) यांनी त्याला गाठून जबर मारहाण केली व त्याची हत्या केली. त्यानंतर हत्येचा पुरावा नष्ट करण्याच्या उद्देशाने त्यांनी गणेशचा मृतदेह राहुरी कृषी विद्यापीठाजवळील मुळा डॅमच्या बॅक वॉटर कॅनॉलमध्ये फेकून दिला.

या प्रकरणी मृत गणेशचे भाऊ प्रदीप मच्छिंद्र गायकवाड (वय ३४, रा. कमलपूर) यांनी एमआयडीसी पोलीस ठाण्यात तक्रार दाखल केली. त्यावरून पोलिसांनी गुन्हा नोंदवून (गु.र.नं. ९१६/२०२६, बीएनएस कलम १०३(१), २३८, ३(५)) तपास सुरू केला.

गुन्ह्याचा तपास सुरू असताना एमआयडीसी पोलीस स्टेशनचे सपोनि हेमंत थोरात यांना मुख्य आरोपी महेश राजेंद्र जाधव हा जळगाव (ता. राहाता) येथे लपून बसल्याची गुप्त माहिती मिळाली. पोलिसांनी तात्काळ सापळा रचून त्याला ताब्यात घेतले.

त्याच वेळी, दुसरा आरोपी योगेश राजेंद्र जाधव हा मुळा डॅम (राहुरी) परिसरात लपल्याची बातमी स्थानिक गुन्हे शाखेचे सपोनि हरीश भोये यांना मिळाली. त्यांनीही शिताफीने कारवाई करत योगेशला ताब्यात घेतले.

पोलिसांनी आरोपींकडे कसून चौकशी केली असता, आरोपी महेश याच्या पत्नीशी (शुभांगी) मृत गणेशचे लग्नापूर्वीपासून प्रेमसंबंध होते. गणेश तिला भेटण्यासाठी घरी आला असता आरोपींनी त्याला पकडून मारहाण केली आणि त्याची हत्या करून मृतदेह कॅनॉलमध्ये फेकून दिल्याची कबुली आरोपींनी दिली.

त्यानंतर पोलिसांनी तात्काळ राहुरी तालुक्यातील कुक्कडवेढा परिसरात कॅनॉलमध्ये शोध मोहीम राबवून गणेश गायकवाड याचा मृतदेह शोधून काढला व नातेवाईकांकडून त्याची ओळख पटवून घेतली.

२४ ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत पोलीस कोठडी

अटक करण्यात आलेल्या दोन्ही आरोपींना न्यायालयात हजर केले असता मा. न्यायालयाने त्यांना दिनांक २४/१०/२०२६ पर्यंत पोलीस कोठडी सुनावली आहे. पुढील तपास एमआयडीसी पोलीस ठाण्याचे प्रभारी सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक (सपोनि) हेमंत थोरात करत आहेत.

पुणे : पुणे कॅन्टोन्मेंट न्यायालयातून पत्नी व मुलासह घरी परतत असताना ॲड. लतीफ शेख यांच्यावर वानवडी परिसरात दिवसाढवळ्या निर्घृण हल्ला करण्यात आल्याची गंभीर घटना घडली आहे. या हल्ल्यात ॲड. लतीफ शेख गंभीर जखमी झाले असून त्यांच्यावर ससून सर्वोपचार रुग्णालयात उपचार सुरू आहेत.

या घटनेची माहिती मिळताच अतिरिक्त पोलीस आयुक्त मनोज पाटील यांच्यासह वरिष्ठ पोलीस अधिकाऱ्यांनी ससून रुग्णालयात भेट देऊन परिस्थितीची पाहणी केली. तसेच पुणे बार असोसिएशनच्या ज्येष्ठ पदाधिकाऱ्यांनीही रुग्णालयात जाऊन ॲड. लतीफ शेख यांच्या प्रकृतीची विचारपूस केली. या भ्याड हल्ल्याचा तीव्र निषेध नोंदवत संबंधित आरोपींविरुद्ध कठोर कारवाई करण्याची मागणी करण्यात आली.

यावेळी ॲड. तोसिफ शेख यांनी ॲड. लतीफ शेख यांची रुग्णालयात भेट घेऊन त्यांना पाठिंबा व्यक्त केला. वकिलांवर अशा प्रकारे दिवसाढवळ्या हल्ले होणे ही कायदा व सुव्यवस्थेच्या दृष्टीने अत्यंत गंभीर बाब असल्याचे त्यांनी नमूद केले. या प्रकरणाचा निष्पक्ष व सखोल तपास करून हल्ल्यात सहभागी असलेल्या सर्व संबंधितांवर कायद्यानुसार कठोर कारवाई करावी, अशी मागणी त्यांनी पोलिसांकडे केली.

“वकील हा न्यायव्यवस्थेचा महत्त्वाचा घटक आहे. न्यायासाठी लढणाऱ्या वकिलांनाच जर सुरक्षितता मिळत नसेल, तर ही अत्यंत चिंताजनक बाब आहे. वकिलांच्या संरक्षणासाठी महाराष्ट्रात ॲडव्होकेट प्रोटेक्शन ॲक्ट लागू करणे ही काळाची गरज आहे. शासनाने या मागणीकडे गांभीर्याने लक्ष देऊन वकिलांच्या सुरक्षिततेसाठी ठोस कायदेशीर तरतुदी कराव्यात,” असे ॲड. तोसिफ शेख यांनी स्पष्ट केले.

वकिलांवरील हल्ल्यांच्या घटनांना आळा घालण्यासाठी शासन व पोलीस प्रशासनाने प्रभावी उपाययोजना कराव्यात आणि ॲड. लतीफ शेख यांच्यावरील हल्ल्यातील दोषींना कायद्यानुसार कठोर शिक्षा होण्यासाठी तातडीने कार्यवाही करावी, अशी मागणी ॲड. तोसिफ शेख यांनी केली.

What does the Golden Visa offer, and who can qualify?

The Golden Visa is a renewable, long-term residency permit that allows eligible foreign nationals to live, work, study and invest in the UAE without requiring an employer or another local sponsor to maintain their residency. Depending on the applicable category and eligibility conditions, the permit can last five or 10 years.Its main benefits include:

• Long-term residency: Eligible holders receive renewable residency, providing greater continuity than shorter-term permits.
• Family sponsorship: Holders can sponsor spouses, children regardless of age and parents, alongside domestic workers under applicable regulations.
• Greater travel flexibility: Golden Visa holders can remain outside the UAE beyond the usual six-month absence limit that applies to many other residence visas.
• Professional independence: The residency arrangement does not depend on maintaining a conventional local employer sponsorship.
• Work, study and investment: Holders can pursue eligible professional, educational and commercial activities within the UAE.
• Entry arrangements for overseas applicants: Eligible applicants outside the country may receive a six-month multiple-entry visa, renewable for another six months, to complete residency procedures.

Following the expansion, the programme now covers several categories, including property investors, entrepreneurs, scientists, skilled professionals, outstanding students and graduates, humanitarian pioneers, and exceptional talents in sport, culture and the arts. Each pathway has its own criteria and application or nomination process, so receiving the visa does not necessarily require buying property or taking up employment with a UAE-based organisation.For footballers, the expanded sporting category created a route to long-term residency based on exceptional achievement and talent, rather than requiring them to leave their existing clubs and move to the Emirates.

Ten footballers who received the UAE Golden Visa

1. Cristiano Ronaldo (February 2020)

Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo received his 10-year UAE Golden Visa in February 2020 while playing for Juventus, becoming one of the most prominent beneficiaries of the newly expanded sporting category. At the time, the former Manchester United star had already established a strong connection with Dubai, regularly utilizing the city’s sports infrastructure for off-season conditioning and warm-weather training.Dubai’s high-performance training centres have been central to Pogba’s conditioning and rehabilitation, particularly at Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex and Transform Altitude Performance Center. लोणी काळभोर पोलीस स्टेशन हद्दीत घडलेल्या खुनाच्या प्रयत्नांच्या गंभीर गुन्ह्यात मागील दीड वर्षांपासून फरारी असलेल्या मुख्य आरोपीला गुन्हे शाखा युनिट ६ च्या पथकाने शिताफीने अटक केली आहे. साहिल आनंद सकट (वय २१, रा. घोरपडी वस्ती, इंदिरा नगर, लोणी काळभोर, पुणे) असे अटक करण्यात आलेल्या आरोपीचे नाव आहे.

मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, पुणे शहर गुन्हे शाखा युनिट ६ चे पथक लोणी काळभोर पोलीस स्टेशन हद्दीत पाहिजे असलेल्या आरोपींचा शोध घेत गस्त घाजत होते. यादरम्यान युनिट ६ कडील पोलीस अंमलदार संतोष राठोड व अक्षय बांदल यांना एका गोपनीय बातमीदारा मार्फत खात्रीशीर माहिती मिळाली की, लोणी काळभोर पोलीस स्टेशन येथे दाखल असलेल्या गंभीर गुन्ह्यातील (गु.र.नं. १०३/२०२५, भा.न्या.सं. कलम १०९, ११५(१), ११७(२), १११८(२), २९९, ३५१(२), ३(५) तसेच भारतीय हत्यार कायदा कलम ४(२५) प्रमाणे) फरारी असलेला आरोपी साहिल सकट हा त्याच्या घराजवळ आला आहे.

या माहितीची खात्री करून युनिट ६ च्या पथकाने तात्काळ सापळा रचून आरोपी साहिल आनंद सकट यास ताब्यात घेतले. त्यानंतर त्याची नियमानुसार वैद्यकीय तपासणी करून पुढील कायदेशीर कारवाईसाठी त्यास लोणी काळभोर पोलीस स्टेशनच्या ताब्यात देण्यात आले आहे.

पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या साडेसतरा नळी येथील प्राथमिक शाळेतील ४०० ते ५०० हून अधिक निष्पाप विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सुरक्षेचा गंभीर प्रश्न निर्माण झाला आहे. शाळेच्या प्रांगणातील झाडावर आग्या मधमाश्यांचे मोठे पोळे तयार झाले असून, या मधमाश्यांनी हल्ला केल्याने काही लहान विद्यार्थी जखमी झाले आहेत. इतकी गंभीर घटना घडल्यानंतरही शाळा प्रशासन व मुख्याध्यापकांनी कोणतीही उपाययोजना न केल्याने पालकांमध्ये प्रचंड संताप व्यक्त केला जात आहे.

याप्रकरणी ‘क्रांती शेतकरी संघटने’चे संस्थापक अध्यक्ष अमोल नाना तुपे यांनी हडपसर प्रभाग समिती, सहाय्यक आयुक्त (हडपसर-मांजरी क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय), शिक्षण विभाग आणि अग्निशामक दलाला निवेदन देऊन तातडीने कारवाई करण्याची मागणी केली आहे.

साडेसतरा नळी येथील पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या प्राथमिक शाळेत इयत्ता पहिली ते सातवीचे साधारण ४०० ते ५०० विद्यार्थी शिक्षण घेत आहेत. सर्वसामान्य व गरीब कुटुंबांतील ही मुले दिवसभर शाळेच्या प्रांगणात खेळतात व वावरतात. याच प्रांगणातील एका झाडावर आग्या मधमाश्यांनी मोठे पोळे तयार केले आहे. काही दिवसांपूर्वी या मधमाश्यांनी अचानक हल्ला केल्यामुळे काही चिमुरडे विद्यार्थी जखमी झाले आहेत.

प्रशासकीय संवेदनहीनतेचा कळस!

मुले जखमी झाल्यानंतरही शाळा प्रशासनाला जाग आलेली नाही. मुख्याध्यापकांनी या घटनेची गंभीर दखल न घेता अग्निशामक दल किंवा संबंधित पालिका विभागाला कोणतीही पूर्वकल्पना दिली नाही, असा गंभीर आरोप निवेदनातून करण्यात आला आहे.

रविवार पेठ परिसरात घडलेल्या तब्बल २ किलो २०० ग्रॅम वजनाच्या सोन्याचे दागिने आणि बिस्किटांच्या चोरीचा छडा खडक पोलीस स्टेशनच्या पथकाने लावला आहे. अवघ्या १२ तासांच्या आत कौशल्यपूर्ण तपास करत पोलिसांनी दोन आरोपींना जेरबंद केले असून त्यांच्याकडून १०० टक्क्यांपेक्षा जास्त मुद्देमाल हस्तगत करण्यात यश मिळवले आहे.

फिर्यादी हे सोन्याचे दागिने बनवण्याचे व्यावसायिक असून विविध सोनार त्यांना दागिने बनवण्यासाठी देत असतात. दिनांक १०/१०/२०२६ रोजी फिर्यादी व त्यांची पत्नी घरी नसताना, अज्ञाताने घराच्या दरवाजाचे कुलूप तोडून आत प्रवेश केला. कपाटात ठेवलेले २ कोटी २० लाख रुपये किमतीचे २ किलो २०० ग्रॅम वजनाचे सोन्याचे दागिने व बिस्किटे चोरून नेली. याप्रकरणी खडक पोलीस ठाण्यात गुन्हा (गु.र.नं. ५५३/२०२६, बी.एन.एस. कलम ३०५(अ), ३३१(३), ३(५)) दाखल करण्यात आला होता.

वरिष्ठांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली तपास सुरू असताना परिसरातील सीसीटीव्ही फुटेजची बारकाईने पाहणी करण्यात आली. तपास पथकातील पोलीस अंमलदार हेमंत पेरणे, अमित जमदाडे, मयुर भोसले आणि सैफ नदाफ यांना फिर्यादीच्या घराखाली दोन संशयित इसम घुटमळताना दिसले.

गोपनीय माहितीच्या आधारे तपास केला असता, हे दोघे संशयित फिर्यादी राहत असलेल्या इमारतीतच राहत असल्याचे समोर आले. पोलिसांनी तातडीने कारवाई करत खालील दोन आरोपींना ताब्यात घेतले:

१. मुस्तफा नजिर शेख (वय ३६ वर्षे, रा. १६१, के. जी. एन. कॉम्प्लेक्स, पहिला मजला, रविवार पेठ, पुणे)

२. सरफराज उर्फ आवेज मैन्नुद्दीन शेख (वय २२ वर्षे, रा. १६१, रविवार पेठ, काच आळी, पुणे)

हे दोघे आरोपी एकमेकांचे नातेवाईक असून चौकशीदरम्यान त्यांनी गुन्ह्याची कबुली दिल्याने त्यांना अटक करण्यात आली.

१००% पेक्षा जास्त मुद्देमाल हस्तगत:अटक केलेल्या आरोपींकडून गुन्ह्यात चोरलेला २ किलो २०० ग्रॅम वजनाचा सोन्याचा मुद्देमाल आणि बिस्किटे पंचनाम्याद्वारे जप्त करण्यात आली. याव्यतिरिक्त अधिकचे ४६ ग्रॅम सोने देखील हस्तगत करण्यात आले आहे. हस्तगत केलेल्या एकूण सोन्याची किमत २ कोटी २४ लाख ८६२ रुपये इतकी आहे.

कारचे बनावट चावीने लॉक उघडून आत ठेवलेली ५० लाख रुपयांची रोकड चोरून फरार झालेल्या दोन आरोपींना पिंपरी-चिंचवड पोलीस आयुक्तालयाच्या गुन्हे शाखा युनिट-२, मालमत्ता विरोधी पथक आणि रावेत पोलिसांनी अवघ्या ८ तासांच्या आत अटक केली आहे. पोलिसांनी आरोपींकडून चोरीस गेलेली ५० लाख रुपयांची संपूर्ण रक्कम हस्तगत केली आहे.

दिनांक ०९/१०/२०२६ रोजी रात्री १०:५० ते रात्री १२:१५ वा. दरम्यान संदिप हॉटेल पुनावळे समोरील सिमेंटच्या सर्व्हिस रोडवर पार्किंग केलेल्या कारचे बनावट चावीने दरवाज्याचे लॉक खोलून कारमध्ये ठेवलेले ५० लाख रुपये चोरी करून नेल्याने रावेत पोलीस ठाणे, गु.र.नंबर- ४७६/२०२६ बी.एन.एस कलम- ३०५(क) प्रमाणे गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला होता. सदरचा प्रकार गंभीर स्वरूपाचा असल्याने मा. पोलीस आयुक्त साहेब, पिंपरी चिंचवड, श्री. विनय कुमार चौबे साहेब, यांनी सर्व गुन्हे शाखा आणि रावेत पोलीस ठाणे, पिंपरी चिंचवड यांना सदरचा गुन्हा उघडकीस आणणे बाबत आदेशित केले होते.

त्यानुसार अपर पोलीस आयुक्त मा. श्री. सारंग आव्हाड साहेब, आम्ही स्वतः, पोउआ परिमंडळ-०२, श्री प्रदिप जाधव, सप。「 गुन्हे-१, सुदर्शन राठोड, सप।、「, वाकड विभाग, सुनिल कुम्हाडे यांनी गुन्हे शाखा, युनिट-२, मालमत्ता विरोधी पथक आणि रावेत पोलीस ठाणे यांची पथके तयार करून मार्गदर्शन करून गुन्हा उघडकीस आणण्याचा आदेश दिले होते.

त्यानंतर सदर पथकांनी घटनास्थळास भेट देऊन सी.सी.टी.व्ही फुटेजची पाहणी केली असता एका इसमाने कार जवळ येऊन बनावट चावीने गाडी खोलून ५० लाख रुपये असलेली बॅग घेऊन गेल्याचे सी.सी.टी.व्ही फुटेज मध्ये दिसत होते. त्या अनुषंगाने अधिक तपास केला असता फिर्यादी बरोबर मुंबई येथे पैसे आणण्यासाठी गेलेल्या दोन इसमांपैकी संशयित इसम नामे चारुदत्त बेंडाळे यास ताब्यात घेऊन त्याचे कडे गुन्ह्याचे अनुषंगाने कौशल्य पूर्ण तपास केला असता त्याने कारची बनावट चावी त्याचा मित्र नामे प्रसाद बनकर यास देऊन कार मध्ये ५० लाख रुपये असले बाबत माहिती देऊन सदर रक्कम चोरी करण्यास सांगितल्याचे तपासात निष्पन्न झाले होते.

त्यानंतर आरोपी नामे आरोपी नामे प्रसाद शिवाजी बनकर, वय-२९ वर्षे, धंदा-सुपरवायझर, रा-मु.पो.चिंचबली, ता-खेड, जि-पुणे यास चिंचबली येथून ताब्यात घेऊन त्याचे कडून व आरोपी नामे चारुदत्त शिवाजी बेंडाळे, वय-३० वर्षे, धंदा- बांधकाम व्यवसाय, रा-मु.पो.निघोजे, बेंडाळे वस्ती, ता-खेड, जि-पुणे यांचे कडून गुन्ह्यात चोरीस गेलेले ५० लाख रुपये हस्तगत करण्यात आले असून त्यांना सदर गुन्ह्यात अटक करण्यात आली आहे.

तसेच विश्वराज हॉस्पिटलच्या सहकार्याने मोफत आरोग्य तपासणी शिबिर आयोजित करण्यात आले. त्याचबरोबर गॅलेक्सी आय हॉस्पिटलच्या सहकार्याने मोफत नेत्र तपासणी शिबिर व मोतीबिंदू शस्त्रक्रिया शिबिराचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. या विविध आरोग्य उपक्रमांमध्ये तब्बल ३ हजार नागरिकांची मोफत आरोग्य तपासणी करण्यात आली.

वाढदिवसानिमित्त आयोजित या उपक्रमातून नागरिकांना आरोग्यसेवा उपलब्ध करून देण्याबरोबरच विविध शासकीय सुविधांचा लाभ मिळवून देण्याचा प्रयत्न करण्यात आला. वाढदिवसाचा खर्च केवळ उत्सवापुरता मर्यादित न ठेवता सामाजिक बांधिलकी जपत नागरिकांच्या सेवेसाठी विविध उपक्रम राबविण्यात आल्याने नागरिकांकडून या उपक्रमाचे कौतुक करण्यात आले.
